Roman has over 10 years of experience in strategic management of IT and product teams in an international environment. He successfully builds product practices from scratch, develops and implements digital transformation strategies, helping companies adapt to new markets and requirements.

Roman focuses on a wide range of work: from creating technological architecture for insurance, e-commerce and AI solutions to introducing products to international markets and integrating with external systems. Roman knows how to build operational models and processes, optimize IT costs and implement effective performance and analytics tools.

He also has experience in scaling AI products and ensuring compliance in various jurisdictions. Working with cross-functional teams of up to 95 people, Roman implemented flexible methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Agile) and managed a project portfolio of up to $15 million.
