His deep expertise covers global methodologies PMO, Agile, Lean and Change Management, as well as knowledge of the best global practices and functional benchmarks.
During the period of PwC's separation from the global brand, Artem took an active part in the transformation of the company with an international structure, which allowed him to develop a systematic approach to management and metrics applicable in international and multicultural organizations.
