Anastasia has over 10 years of experience in developing contractual structures for international infrastructure and technology projects, including contracts under English law. She accompanies negotiations and builds contractual mechanisms for complex international transactions, providing legal support at all stages of implementation.

In the area of compliance, Anastasia develops strategies for adapting businesses to regulatory requirements, monitors changes in EU antitrust legislation and sanctions regulation. Ensures legal compliance of international projects, including fintech initiatives, minimizing regulatory risks.

Before joining the team FUTURA Crypto Anastasia headed the department of legal support for international projects in a large state-owned energy company of the CIS, and also headed the Legal&Compliance department of a crypto holding.
