Alina is a leading expert in the field of law in the field of information technology, intellectual property and digital assets with more than 12 years of experience in Digital, fintech and international IT law. During her career, she worked in Big4 consulting companies and also headed the legal department of an international crypto holding, uniting 18 legal entities.

Alina's specialization covers comprehensive legal support for projects at the intersection of IT and fintech, including crypto regulation, intellectual property protection and international structuring of business processes. She has unique experience in developing strategies for structuring crypto projects from a corporate and tax point of view, and provides support for obtaining licenses for cryptocurrency activities in the UAE and other countries.
