Alexander has extensive experience in implementing advanced management methods and process optimization in large companies. He specializes in implementing agile practices in product teams, including developing regulations, setting up counter cycles (cadence) and a system of metrics that help evaluate work efficiency.
One of the key areas of Alexander's work is the development and scaling of the OKR system. He is responsible for setting goals, monitoring their achievement, and training teams to effectively interact with this tool.
Alexander successfully builds project management systems at the holding level – from methodology to practical implementation. His projects include launching efficiency improvement programs, such as procurement optimization, digitalization of internal processes, and improved communication between teams.
Alexander's work in international Big4 consulting companies (PwC, KPMG) allowed him to gain valuable experience in participating in large transformation projects that require adaptation to global standards and best world management practices.
